Delete system mass exclussion

I added several systems for testing, I selected several and tried to delete was not possible. Is it necessary to exclude one by one?

In this example the systems do not have a registered account, if the registered account has to remove one by one as well?

Do you have any way to do mass exclussion?
Is there a way to export all the passwords to a file?

Re: Delete system mass exclussion

@TiagoToledo01,

GUI System Bulk Delete

System bulk delete from the GUI is not available at this time (in the works), however there are several scripts available in the Centrify github (https://github.com/centrify/centrify-samples-powershell) that allow to do this.

For example:  https://community.centrify.com/t5/Centrify-Infrastructure-Services/Bulk-remove-of-services-and-local...

As you can see from the post above, the reason for delayed bulk delete in the GUI is due to all different combinations of child objects they can have (accounts, services, admin accounts, etc.).

GUI Account Bulk Delete

Account bulk-delete from the GUI is available and it allows you to export the deleted passwords to a secret.

Password Escrowing

This feature should be coming out sometime during the first 3 releases of next year, provided there are no major delays.

Re: Delete system mass exclussion

When checking "Save password to secret" should it be possible to download a file with the correct passwords?

I did the tests here and could not download any files and the file that I received by email only informs that the accounts have been deleted.

The secret that is created is a downloadable CSV file.
After you get the report, check under Secrets. If you are there, don’t forget to refresh.
