Error while Sudoers file Import

I am facing issues while importing sudoers file on access manager. I also made changes in sudoers file according to my requirements, My sudoers error while importing also attached for your information.

May we know if the sudoer files had been copied and pasted to a text file, as it will cause some imbedded characters that could not be interpreted by the parser.

Yes, it has indeed been copied and pasted but then i checked with notepad++ to remove any encoded / special characters there were none.
Furthere i tested with visudo -f /etc/sudoers
the errors are identical.
