Phone call message changed?

When did the phone message for using a phone call as an MFA option change? Before it would ask you to put in your PIN number, now it is just saying type any number and press #. This is confusing my end users who don't realize you are supposed to put in your user created PIN.

This change resulted in the 18.11 release where we added the ability to customize the MFA Phone Call audio message.
