Securely remove an audit store database

Hi there

Due to lack of disk space i'm requiring to delete an audit store database.

I know i can't delete the active database and the one i've already choose is not active,

Do i have to detach it first then erase it?

Is it secure to do it this way?

I mean, am i affecting the database structure with this action?

I've been looking in the knowledge database and i have not found anything conclusive, just this ->  https://docs.centrify.com/Content/Infrastructure/privileged-identity-mgmt/svr_mgr_delete_database.ht... , but i'm not using the admin portal, so i need to do it "directly" from the Audit Manager / Audit Store.

Thanks!

Re: Securely remove an audit store database

@matiasb,

You have two options:

a) After 24 hours this will be automatically escalated in a low priority queue, OR

b) You can sign-in to the Customer Support Portal (https://www.centrify.com/support) and use the hamburger menu to submit the case (you can give it the priority you desire at that point).
