Strange characters when using accented words in VPN

I have problems with accentuation (pt-br). My client uses "Check Point Endpoint Security" (version 80.87) for VPN and It has 2 MFA factors: SMS and Security Question. When they choose the Secutiry Question the word that has accents appears with strange characters. I have already changed the language of the RADIUS connection to Portuguese-Brazil. The simplest solution would be to change the questions and use words without accents, but Centrify does not allow change, but exclude and re-create questions.
Has anyone had a similar problem?
