You can use a freeware called NTRadPing 1.5 that can be found on Google. Download it and run it from your workstation or a computer that can talk to the Centrify Cloud Connector. It will send RADIUS requests to a RADIUS server (Cloud Connector) and show the reply message so you can check if everything is set up correctly at Centrify Identity Service.
- In your Cloud Manager Portal, set up RADIUS authentication in your policy, under Policies / <Policy name> / User Security Policies / RADIUS:
- Under Settings / Authentication / RADIUS Connections, add the NTRadPing workstation’s IP address as a RADIUS Client and click it to set the RADIUS Shared Key:
- Add all the info as in the picture below and click Send. You should see the reply from the RADIUS server (“Reply-Message=Choose one of the following to answer:…”):
